Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By using any service offered by AdProfex Ltd (including HeartLog), you agree to this AUP.
1. Age
You must be 18 years or older. The Service is not designed for and may not be used by children under 18. Parents and guardians: do not allow children under 18 to install or use the Service.
2. Health emergencies — do not rely on the Service
THE SERVICE IS NOT AN EMERGENCY OR HEALTHCARE SERVICE. IF YOU OR ANYONE NEAR YOU IS HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY (CHEST PAIN, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, SUSPECTED HEART ATTACK OR STROKE, SEVERE HYPOGLYCAEMIA, OR ANY OTHER LIFE-THREATENING CONDITION), CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY:
- United States: 911
- Japan: 119 (fire/ambulance) or 110 (police)
- Cyprus / European Union: 112
- United Kingdom: 999
The Service does not contact emergency services, will not alert healthcare providers, and is not monitored in real time.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- (a) Make any medical diagnosis, treatment decision, or clinical recommendation, for yourself or another person.
- (b) Provide healthcare services to any third party, including any service that would require licensure.
- (c) Substitute for a prescribed medical device (e.g., a cleared blood-pressure cuff, glucose meter, ECG monitor, oximeter).
- (d) Conduct medical research or human-subjects research without an independent ethics-committee approval, separately negotiated agreement with us, and full GDPR/APPI/IRB compliance.
- (e) Resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.
- (f) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- (g) Scrape, crawl, automate, or use bots against the Service.
- (h) Attempt to bypass security, rate-limits, or access controls.
- (i) Misrepresent yourself or another person.
- (j) Use the Service in violation of any law, including the laws of Cyprus, the EU, the US, or Japan.
- (k) Use the Service while under the influence of substances if doing so creates risk; or in any situation in which use could be unsafe (e.g., while driving).
4. Consequences
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, retention of subscription fees, and referral to law enforcement.
