Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains when and how you can cancel your subscription and obtain a refund.

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from AdProfex Ltd through our website at https://adprofex-ltd.com. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies; please contact Apple or Google for those refunds.

2. Cancellation — how to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no questions asked, by:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain full access to the Service until that date. After that date, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

3. Refund windows

3.1 First-time purchase — 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your first subscription purchase, no reason required. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) right of withdrawal, and we extend it voluntarily to all users worldwide.

For EU/EEA consumers: this is your statutory right of withdrawal. You acknowledge that, by accessing digital content and the Service before the 14-day period expires, you waive the right of withdrawal for the portion of the Service already consumed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. For full transparency: we grant the full 14-day refund regardless.

3.3 Japan — Japanese Consumer Contract Act

Users in Japan retain all rights under the 消費者契約法 (Consumer Contract Act) and 特定商取引法 (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions). Cooling-off does not generally apply to digital subscription services, but we voluntarily provide the 14-day refund described in §3.1. See also our 特定商取引法に基づく表記 disclosures, available on request.

Send an email to support@adprofex-ltd.com with subject "Refund Request" including: your account email, date of charge, plan (weekly/monthly/annual), and (optionally) a reason. We will respond within 5 business days and, if approved, refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first (support@adprofex-ltd.com) before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve nearly all reasonable refund requests directly within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
