Frequently asked

Questions before you start

Is HeartLog a medical device?

No. HeartLog is a consumer wellness and lifestyle app. It has not been cleared or approved as a medical device by the U.S. FDA, the European Medicines Agency, the Japanese PMDA, or any other regulator. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. See our Wellness Disclaimer for the full text.

How accurate are the measurements?

HeartLog primarily lets you log readings from your own cuff sphygmomanometer or other monitor. Any pulse readings derived from device-camera observation are estimates intended for general wellness only and are subject to many variables (finger placement, lighting, motion, hardware, ambient conditions). They are not medical-grade and should not be used for clinical decisions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

One tap: Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or email support@adprofex-ltd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. We never hide the cancellation button.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We will send you a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before any annual renewal.

What is your refund policy?

14-day money-back guarantee on first-time direct purchases through this website. Renewal charges: 48 hours for monthly, 30 days (pro-rated) for annual. See full Refund Policy. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.

Where is my data stored? Is it shared?

Your wellness data syncs through your iCloud account (encrypted end-to-end by Apple). We do not sell your data and we never use health data for advertising. See Privacy Policy. GDPR, CCPA and Japanese APPI requirements apply.

What's the difference between Weekly, Monthly and Annual?

Same core features in all three. Monthly adds priority support. Annual adds custom themes and an annual summary — and the best per-day price.

Can I use HeartLog if I have a diagnosed heart condition?

HeartLog is not designed for users who rely on prescribed medical equipment for daily decision-making. If your doctor has prescribed a cleared cuff sphygmomanometer or other regulated device, continue using it. HeartLog can complement, but never replace, a medical device.
